Q. I am having trouble with streaming audio, I can't hear the speaker through my computer speakers, the streaming stopped… what do I do?
If you are not able to hear any audio through your computer speakers first check to make sure your speakers are not muted or turned off.
The next step is to refresh your screen by pressing the F5 key on your keyboard or clicking the “refresh" button in your web browser. If this does not work you may try messaging in the chat.
Q. The slides are not loading; I can't see the slides, other technical issues.
First, are you watching on an Ipad?
This presentation will NOT work on an Ipad as it is flash-based. If viewing on an iPad, first install the app here: http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/mobilemeetings/id513081923?ls=1&mt=8
or search the App store for MobileMeetings By E-STREAM.COM, Inc. This is only available for a live session.
Please test your web browser to be sure you have the required Flash software. To do so, direct your web browser to the following URL: www.ec.commpartners.com. Click on the “Support" icon and then Click on the "Browser Test." If you pass the test, you will see a Congratulations message. If you do not, you will be given instructions on where you can download the newest version of Flash. This is a free download.
Ensure your computer has the following:
Internet Explorer 7.0 or later (recommended) Safari and other major browsers.
Steady Internet connection, such as cable or DSL, 56K or above.
It is recommended that you check your computer settings and make the following changes in preparation for this event.
Set Internet and cookies security to low.*
Set screen resolution to 1024 x 768 or higher.*
Disable any pop-up blockers.*
Instructions on how to set internet and cookies security to low AND
1.Disable any pop-up blockers (from a Windows based PC).
2.Click on the “Start" button in the bottom corner of the screen.
3.Choose “Control Panel."
4.Choose “Internet Options."
5.A box will open on your screen. Click the “Privacy" tab.
6.Set the security level for the internet to “Medium" or “Medium-Low."
7.If you see a check-box for “Block pop-ups," make sure it is not checked.
Instructions on how to set screen resolution to 1024 x 768 or higher (from a Windows based PC).*
1.Click on the “Start" button in the bottom corner of the screen and choose “Control Panel."
2.Double-click the “Display" icon.
3.A box will open on your screen. Click the “Settings" tab.
4.Locate the setting for “Screen Resolution."
5.If the screen resolution is set to “1024 x 768" or higher, click “Ok."
6.If you adjust the screen resolution, click “Apply" and then “Ok."
If still can't get to presentation - Need to check with your IT department to see if they are blocking Flash video/audio
- The following ports need to be accessible from your internet connection
port 80 (web and Flash file delivery)
If still can't get to presentation - Most likely, your internet connection is too sporadic to receive data.
Q.How do I get the handouts? Can I have a copy of the slides?
The handouts are available on the handouts tab for the webinar and also available in the links box on the left hand side of your screen.
Q.Are there tests?
Each course has a test in order to complete it and earn your CEs. There are 10 questions per CE hour. All questions must be answered to complete the test. A 75% is required for passing. After completing and passing a test, a Certificate of Completion will be available on the transcript page of your account. You may access your transcript page on naea.org at any time by visiting your Member Menu. To find it click Edit profile, select Continuing Education and then Transcripts & Certificates.
Q.What happens if I fail an exam?
If you do not pass on the first attempt, you will have the opportunity to immediately re-take the test. We suggest studying the written materials again. You do not have to purchase the course or exam again in order to re-take your test. In order to retake the exam, select the “tax exam" button.

Q.Are these webinars approved by IRS?
Each course is registered with the IRS & NASBA and has an individual program number. IRS Program numbers are shown when you click on the course.
Q.How much does each webinar cost?
Each course's cost differs depending on how many CEs can be earned.
Q.How do I obtain continuing education credit?
To access the webinar, earn your CE and get your Certificate of Completion, follow these instructions:
1.Check and make sure that your computer is ready to go for the event. To do so, click on the “test your browser" link along the right hand side of the screen.
2.On the top right corner, there is a key. Use the key to determine the steps to take and if they are completed.
3.To view the webinar, click on the box on the right hand side labeled webinar. Once you have viewed the webinar for the allotted amount of time, the key will indicate completion. Proceed to the next step.
4.Complete the quiz and course evaluation.
5.The last step is the Certificate of Completion. Once all the steps are taken, you may view, download and print your certificate.
Once you have completed the webinar, you can always return back to your dashboard to download your certificates. Your certificates will also be available in the NAEA membership portal within 7 days of completion. NAEA will report your CE to IRS.

Q.Is this program being recorded? Can I watch it at a later date?
Yes, it is being recorded and is included with your live webinar purchase. You will be emailed when the archive is ready to access.
Q. How do I log in? What is my password?
Go to https://interactive.naea.org/ and click login on the top right hand corner. You will Log in with your NAEA User name and password. Then click on dashboard to find the webinar and log in. If you do not know your NAEA credentials, you can use the forgot my password or email email@example.com or call 855-880-NAEA (6232)
